Sales Persons (4 Positions)

Duration: 3 Months with a possibility of extension depending on performance

TOPSOFT is seeking the services of motivated sales persons to undertake sales and business development duties. The successful candidate MUST have excellent command of written and spoken English, be computer literate, have strong sales interpersonal skills and have a passion for social media.

Academic Qualifications

 A Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing or IT. Qualifications in other business related courses will also be considered.

Professional Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years in sales and marketing.
  • Must have worked in a multi cultured environment.
  • Must have proven sales ability.
  • Knowledge of Domains & hosting and software jargon will be an added advantage
  • Must have proven experience in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Strong interest and passion in social media including Facebook, Linked-in, Twitter and Google+.
  • Ability to develop new business.
  • Ability and confidence to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

  • Pro-active and motivated self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be highly dependable,
  • Good knowledge of the telecommunications AND Information Communication and Technology industry in the region

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Job description:

 The main responsibility is procurement of new Business as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.

This will include;

  • Acquisition of new clients for hosting
  • Marketing of Domains and Topsoft Software Products.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets to grow sales.
  • Lead a team of Sales account managers in sales and relations management.
  • Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
  • Build referral and lead generation network.
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

Growing sales and customer retention across our customer base.

Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management

Compensation: Retainer Salary+ Commission on Specified sales Volumes
