HR Reports Module

This feature produces customized reports according to your needs. Any number of reports can be defined by selecting from a range of search criteria and report fields. Report definitions can be saved to avoid repeating this task. Once the report definition is saved‚ the report can be generated by providing the required criteria data.

Key Reports defined include

  • List of current staff
  • List of Staff who have left the organization –Both within a  user specified period and all staff
  • List of staff who joined the organization Recently within a  user specified period
  • Staff list per specified age group
  • Staff whose contract expire within a user specified period
  • Staff whose contract has expired
  • Employees Vs Education –Both general and Branch wise
  • Employees with professional certifications-Both General and Branch wise
  • Employees with a certain Job title e.g List of nurses---Both General and Branch wise
  • Staff Vs.Skills and Talents
  • Staff List Per Branch
